By accessing or using TRVRSE ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using TRVRSE, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. TRVRSE is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.

TRVRSE is an AI-powered creative workspace that provides tools for image generation, video generation, workflow automation, and content creation. Features include text-to-image and image-to-image generation, text-to-video generation, artifact management, and collaborative workspaces. The Service may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion.

TRVRSE uses a credit-based system to access generation features. Credits can be purchased through our platform via Stripe. All payments are processed securely by Stripe and are subject to their terms of service. Credits are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Pricing and credit costs are subject to change with reasonable notice.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware or engage in unauthorized access
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-created when disclosure is required
• Circumvent usage limits or abuse the credit system
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

Your content: You retain ownership of content you create using TRVRSE, including generated images and videos, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers.

Our platform: TRVRSE and its original content, features, branding, and functionality are owned by TRVRSE and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Generation results may vary and are dependent on third-party AI model providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRVRSE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to TRVRSE in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
